What counts as a "provider"?
A provider is any dentist or hygienist who records patient visits with AI Scribe. Your front desk staff, assistants, and office manager can all access the dashboard, huddle, and AI Wingman without counting toward your provider limit.
What does "per location" mean?
Each office location signs up for its own account. If you have three offices, each one gets its own login, schedule, notes, and team. After onboarding, you can link locations together so they share the same AI Wingman and booking page — perfect for multi-location practices with one website.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
